Careful dismantling of a redundant public house to provide additional acreage for a car pitch for Stoneacre. The site is located on a busy main road, so the works required scaffold protection.

Methods employed included mechanical and careful hand demolition to allow the salvage of bricks, tiles and timber. The team were praised by the Local Authority Building Standards representative for their considerate manner and careful attitude, local residents were equally happy throughout the duration of works.
