Enabling ground works carried out at Bradfield Waterworks in anticipation of the creation of 21 new homes.

Our client needed specific excavation and sympathetic removal of earth to make way for the initial phase of this multi-year project which will see the redundant water treatment works transformed into 16 luxury apartments. Plus conversion of a derelict stone outbuilding into a studio apartment and the new build of four cottages at the former filterworks in Low Bradfield.
