Project involving demolition of iconic building located adjacent to Sheffield Parkway. Part of this project comprised the removal of non notifiable ACM's using our own in house Category B trained operatives, over 3 floors.

During works, we identified additional ACM's which were not listed in the initial Research & Development survey. Following their discovery, we arranged further testing which identified these materials as Non Notifiable, we had to carefully manage the removal of these during the remainder of the project. Our diligent management of the works ensured that no stone was left unturned in this critical part of the process.
