Emergency demolition contract for Sheffield City Council, as we are the appointed the 'Stand by Contractor'.

The buildings comprised of two storey brick-built workshops and offices, which, for a long time, were being used by drug addicts resulting in the area being full of used, hypodermic needles. This environment meant we had to take extra precautions to ensure the safety of our team on the ground. 

Works included; environmental clean, asbestos removal, soft stripping, structural demolition and removal of debris off site.
