Supply of engineering Class 2 for restoration of a brownfield industrial site for housing development, volumes in excess of 70,000 tonnes, contract duration from March 2013 to Spring 2014.

 

Sirius- Swinton, Rotherham

Autumn 2014- MHH Acting as Main Contractor, the works comprise of tree protection works, pruning and felling, access roads creation, demolition of six storey accomodation blocks and associated ancillary facilties including laboratories, kitchens, greenhouses.  The scope of the project extends to  include soil stripping, on site crushing operations, removal of material off site, grubbing foundations out, and re grading the site.  The developer of the site will create a vaulable land store for future residential uses in this highly sought after area.
